Bobo’s Daughter
Thirteen years ago today my delightful, interesting, beautiful, complicated, difficult mommy, Dorothy “Jojo” Barnett Little, the circus’s “first girl clown” went home to be with the Lord. 1919-1997 I am grateful to you, mom, for all you taught me, for changing the system as best you could and for tap dancing in the kitchen when you peeled potatoes and carrots.
